Fox World Travel School Grading

Each student's progress is individually monitored during the course through homework, oral presentations, quizzes and a final exam and are available for review by contacting the instructor. Progress reports, which contain attendance, tardiness records, and quiz and test scores, will be kept by Fox World Travel School for a period of seven years. These are available to students or potential employers by contacting the school in writing. Please indicate the student's name, address and graduation date and allow up to four weeks for processing.

Our graduates are top notch. Weekly quizzes and final tests will be used as an individual learning tool, method of evaluation, and for grades. Students testing less than 75% may take a make-up examination at a later date at the instructor's discretion. If a make-up exam is given, a letter grade of no higher than a C will be recorded. At the completion of each of the three segments a final examination will be given. Students scoring less than 75% on any final examination shall, after counseling with the Administrator, be given the opportunity of repeating the examination or withdrawing from the program.

Students must successfully complete the Theory and Ticketing portions of the course before proceeding to Computer Training.

If a student misses a class and the student feels that the class work cannot be made-up on their own or by the use of class notes from other students, the student may request individual tutoring. Individual tutoring is available at the cost of $75.00 per session. This charge is in addition to the normal costs of the program.
