It's All About the Bride. Wedding Couples booking a destination wedding will receive the added values listed below. Upgrades can be requested at time of booking all the way up to 45 days prior to arrival. Final resort credit will be confirmed to bride/groom via final wedding detail sheet. Resort credit is valid for resort food and beverage including all items in hotel banquet kit, wedding cakes, champagne and wine, spa services. Not valid on outside vendor services. This credit will be granted upon arrival at the hotel.

Winter Sale at El Dorado Resorts:

Guests must travel for a minimum of 5 nights. Discounts are per person per night.Resort Credit may be used towards the following services with in the hotel: Telephone & Internet, Wine Cellar purchases, Spa Services, and Candlelight Beachfront Dinners. These Gourmet Inclusive dollars cannot be used for purchases from outside vendor services. Unused Gourmet Inclusive dollars are non-refundable.

Room Restrictions:
El Dorado Royale: Presidential Suite is not included
El Dorado Casitas Royale: One Bedroom Casita Suite is not included
El Dorado Seaside Suites: Honeymoon Suite & Presidential Suite is not included
El Dorado Maroma: No restrictions apply

This promotion is combinable with the “Group Special” & the “Bride & Groom Stay Free Special.” This promotion is only combinable with the Free Weddings package when booking at El Dorado Casitas Royale with the current rules and regulations. This promotion is not combinable with the Complimentary Honeymoon or Anniversary Packages unless original booking is made at El Dorado Casitas Royale.

Bride and Groom Offer:

The promotional inclusions excluding room rate discounts will be based on the final rooming list submitted at 45 days prior to arrival. Total number of rooms will take precedence over total number of people if they fall between two different areas for room discounts. At 45 days prior, in the event the group room block increases or decreases from the original contract the included promotional items will be adjusted to reflect the applicable inclusions.

Group Room Discount
Wedding Couple and/or Travel Agent will be required to reserve a group room block through tour operator. The initial room discount will be based on the original block reserved. Promotion is only valid on reservations booked within the room block through the same travel agent and tour operator. Rooms booked outside of the room block will not apply to total counts for room discounts. Final room count will be calculated at 45 days prior to arrival and rates adjusted by tour operator if the total number of rooms falls below the originally quoted tier.

Private Event Discounts
Discounts will be applied based on actual total person count. Final discounts will be calculated at 45 days prior to arrival. Discount only applies to food and beverage portion of event.

Free Room Upgrade
Free room upgrade will be applied at 45 days prior to arrival based on final counts. Excludes the following categories:

ABH: Deluxe to Azul Suite
AZS: exclude connecting luxury suites, honeymoon swim up suites, presidential 2 bedrooms

Free Stay
Room category for the wedding couple’s free stay is based on the groups average number of room nights and category booked. Upgrades to additional categories will be based on rack rates. Extra nights and category upgrades will be based on tour operators existing rates.

Couples Moonlit Massage on the Beach
Includes an exotic and romantic massage on the beach for two enhanced by a chilled bottle of champagne. Time: 50 minutes, Value: $292. Can be reserved upon arrival to hotel and will be placed on wedding detail sheet as complimentary.

Couples Karisma Day Pass
Two day passes to be used any day during bride and groom’s stay so they can enjoy the services of any other Karisma hotel. Includes hotel access from 7am to 6pm and hospitality room for relaxing. Can be reserved upon arrival to hotel and will be placed on wedding detail sheet as complimentary. Transfers are not included.

This promotion is not combinable with other promotions. If other rack rate discount offers are available then the greater room discount offer will apply.

This promotion is combinable with the “Free Wedding Package”. Bookings must be made into the qualifying category prior to free upgrades. If bride and groom receive a free room as part of this promotion then at least one other room in the group needs to be booked in the qualifying category for the said number of nights and have the required amount of additional room nights in order to receive the free wedding package.
