Kim Rohloff (Oshkosh, WI) was outstanding... she found me a great deal. She gave me great tips because she knew people that had gone to this resort. She contacted the resort and made several requests on my behalf to which the resort responded that they would indeed try to honor them. I have already told 3 people at work what great service she provided me

It seems that customer service is a lost art in America. I have been blown away by the great customer service at Fox World Travel because of Kim. Kim is now my travel agent for life. When I find a business that cares about my needs I am very loyal

We booked our honeymoon with Kim to the Valentin Imperial Maya in Riviera Maya. It was a Funjet Vacation and had an absolutely great time! Thanks so much for recommending it Kim, I've already mentioned you to all of my friends!

I wanted to let you know – thank you for all your help with the Mexico trip we all had a wonderful time at the Barcelo Colonial Maya.  No one wanted to come home!!!

We ended up having our own bus going to the hotel and then the return back to the airport which was wonderful.  I’m not sure if you had anything to do with that but it was so nice not to have any stops in between – THANK YOU!! 

The resort was beautiful and food – was very good. 

So again thank you for all your help.  It was much needed trip for everyone. 

Please keep us in mind for next year.  Whenever the prices come out again for probably the same time and same location unless you see something else.  Again thank you for everything!!!!
