Celebrity Xpedition

Celebrity Cruises Celebrity Xpedition

Traveling the furthest corners of the globe at 17 knots, Celebrity Xpedition is designed so that onboard adventures complement land excursions to exotic locales like the Galapagos Islands. Transporting only 100 guests, the ship is like a private luxury yacht, yet with all the amenities and famous treatment you've come to expect from Celebrity Cruises, such as gourmet cuisine, impeccable service, and comfortable staterooms.

Onboard the 296-foot vessel, the guest to staff ratio exceeds Celebrity Cruises' fleet-wide average. Lecturers and naturalists give talks on local history and ecology, and even accompany guests on shore excursions. Massage therapists soothe muscles in the spa, live musicians play in the lounge, and, at night, the staff is happy to supply telescopes for stargazing upon request.

The wait staff in the ship's two restaurants sees to it that your dining experiences match up with the surrounding views. The Beagle Grill, named after Darwin's ship, offers casual lunches on deck. There's also Darwin's Restaurant, the five-star main dining hall, located on the Marina Deck. On the Panorama Deck, the Blue Finch Bar is an inviting place to sit down with an umbrella-adorned drink, and the Vista Deck's Discovery Lounge is a great place to meet and mingle with other guests over cocktails and views. In addition, the onboard library is a great place to research the spectacular offerings of where you'll be visiting, including coral reefs for snorkeling and wildlife-rich trails for hiking.
